• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project.
• Remaining Payment plus shipping and handling is due upon completion of portrait.
• The fees listed are for a single-figure child portrait. Elaborate detailing in clothing, pets, additional objects and specific background settings may increase the final cost.
• The artist’s work is excluded from any warranty conditions should the portrait be exposed to harmful sunlight, weather or otherwise damaging environment.
• Any and all sketches (color / black & white) and photography are the sole property of the artist, and can be used by the artist at will without any notice unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
• The portrait does not become the buyer’s property until it is completed and paid in full.
