Step 1. Send me your photo(s)
Simply fill out my ordering form, and attach a clear digital photograph (medium to high picture size quality settings), that simple. Additionally, on the form comment area, you may also want to describe what details to include or emphasize in yout portrait (i.e. portrait size, media, etc.)
Or, if you want me to work off your actual photograph (I recommend Irreplaceable photographs should have copies made before mailing to protect against loss in the mail), fill out the contact information form, and I’ll be glad to send you instructions. Your hardcopy photographs will be returned to you along with you portraitStep 2. Draft composition and Proof image
Based on your request, I will ask from you a small deposit to cover my basic materials and a draft composition (usually about 20% of the total cost).
Once the draft is made, I will contact you shortly thereafter with a price, photos of how the portrait is coming along and an estimated completion date. Final touch-ups can be made at this point. Only when you are completely happy with the digital proof image do I ask for full payment.
Step 3.Payment & postage
Payments are made by money order or Paypal.
